A. No! Thats why most people come to Bootcamp. Although we train as a group we use a system to make sure everyone only works within their own limitsl. So no matter how fit/unfit you are our instructors make sure you will never feel left out.

Q. How long does each Bootcamp session last?

A. Our Glasgow Bootcamps last for 45 mins to 1hr and not only produce FANTASTIC RESULTS but are also fun and friendly.
